Hi, today I have nothing nail related for you. I planned to publish some light box pictures, but I came home late enough that it was too dark to take a decent picture. I'll make some shots of it first thing in the morning. Because I can't publish my LB pictures, I'll show you what I bought in Lush..... 

Lemony Flutter a cuticle butter, that everybody's talking about. I was amazed by it the first time I used it. I strongly recommend this butter to all of you

 Once a Year massage bar. This one smells amazing =)
 My favourite sopas, Rock Star and The Gothmoder

 And a face mask, Brazened Honey( I can't wait to try out this one)
This is what I got, and spend a lot money on it, but because it smells divine I don't regret it even a bit.

Tropicalia

Today I have another Wet n Wild polish for you. This one is called Tropicalia. I applied 2 coats, it applied nicely. 
 After one day of wear I decided to add some stamps on it. I used B02 fauxnad plate and Essence: Stamp me black. Here are the results:


I just realised how many fauxnad and konad plates I have, but I really seldom use them. I really have to start stamping =)
Do you like the final look? Do you have a lot of konad/fauxnad image plates?


I just made a light box(if I may call it that way), and I'm really happy, because now I can take pictures when the weather is bad or even at night =)

Hi, again I'm gonna tell you how behind I am with posting, but, I just can't find enough energy to write something else than a brief description of a polish and even for that I need about 3 days . 
So here it goes: I applied 2 coats, on some nails there are 3, I didn't applied top coat,it bubbled on 1 nail, but applied nicely.

I think the color is the most realistic in the picture above



I don't like the way orange looks on my nails, though orange was my best color for about 4 years.

I'll be short today, because I'm really lazy lately. (for learning, and even polishing)
This is another polish that I got in the nail mail  =). It is a light pastel blue from H&M. The polish applied surprisingly well for a pastel. I applied 2 coats and no topcoat, because the polish dried quickly. Here are the photos:

I just love this color( but I'm not a pastel fan)


I compared it to a color that I used to color the box in the next picture =)


with the butterfly box =)

When life gives you lemons, make a (sweet) lemonade

Hi, I passed Physic too, another reason to be happy, though today I was supposed to have a bad day.

I have some serious issues with my father's relatives because they have been making my life miserable and making  me think of myself like I don't deserve to be alive for years. Today I meet one after a long time, and he totally humiliated me(again), so this was supposed to be bad, especially because every time he did this, I burst into tears, but today I said to myself: " When life gives you lemons, make a sweet lemonade.". Because I thought how difficult life can sometimes be, the word life associated me with this song:
This song has funny lyrics and is really jolly so I suddenly felt happy and satisfied again. I was also proud of myself because he didn't ruin another day of mine =)). ( I enjoyed every single sip of that lemonade)

I didn't write this that you would feel sorry for me. I just wanted to give you a proof that it is you(me), who can define the limits of your(my) happiness!


To continue with the polish. I applied a coat of Joy G113 over Miss Sporty 160 ( Where have the names gone? I really miss them). This is really a bad picture, nor color, nor the sparkle isn't the way it was, but I removed this manicure yesterday, and I can't take another picture =(.


 I also wanted to see it matte, and because I was spending some time with my little princess(Meggie), I played with camera a bit. This is what I "created"
 This manicure is something I will definitely repeat for Christmas. It really reminded me of Christmas. Does it remind you of Christmas too?

Today I have pictures from a polish called 160 for you. This polish definitely has the most "beautiful" name. Don't you agree? 
Luckily the name is the only thing I hate about the polish=D. It applied perfectly, was opaque in two coats, and didn't chip at all. In the pictures you can see that there is nearly invisible tip wear( the pictures were taken after 2 days of wear).

I also have a problem with Miss Sporty, because on their web page their polishes have real names, but in our stores polishes have only numbers =(

What do you think about that? Do you have the same problem with Miss Sporty in your country?

Blue My Mind + konad

I loved the color of Blue My Mind, but because I just realized how many stamping plates I have, I had to do some stamping on it. I used Konad m74 plate and Essence Stampy polish: Stamp me white.

I think this is the only design I like from m74 plate. 

Do you own m74 plate? How do you feel about the designs on it?

Blue My Mind

I made it. I passed maths =)))). Only 4 exams to go =)

I have another blue another polish I got in my nail mail for you today. This blue is also amazing, and again I had some difficulties with the color on the camera( maybe it's not the color or the camera, maybe it's me). It is from H&M, and has a typical blue polish name Blue My Mind( I think that about 25% blues are called like that). I liked the application, but hated the brush. I applied 2 coats.

Problematic teal

I finally took some time off from my studies to post some pictures( if I go on the internet, I'm on for at least 2 hours, and this is really bad) . I have my maths exam tomorrow, and I don't have any hopes of passing it, I'm kinda depressed, but life goes on. I'll make it someday( I hope so). 


You all know that I got plenty amazing polishes from Ivana. I finally decided which one to wear. This polish is from a band Yes Love and has no name, only a number-287. It is a breathtaking teal, but here comes the problem. I had difficulties with getting the real color with my camera, so my hands are red on the pictures where the color is more realsitic. I applied 2 coats and the polish applied heavenly. I just love it =))).
Here are the pictures:
This one was shoot on daylight, and the color is way too blue

 The rest were taken under a table lamp.
This one is a bit too green
 This one is a bit better
 This is IMO the closest I could get to the real color

Do you have problems with teal too?

Steel me

Before the Ivana's mail arrived I wore another Metallics LE polish called Steel me. 2 coats with top coat. I just removed it and I had to use glitter removal technique, there are some big glitter particles in it. tomorrow I'l show you the polish from the mail that I used first =).

I just got the best nail mail ever. Ivana sent me 9 amazing polishes to try out. I expected only 3, but there were 9 and I was jumping 10 meters high because of the joy that this package brought to me. Ivana, thank you thousand times *hug*.

Something that should be a tutorial

Yesterday and anonymous commenter asked me if I can do a tutorial on how I use kitchen magnets. I'm not sure if this will be helpful, but here is what I do:

This is my kitchen magnet. I guess you all know this character =)


This is how I curve my magnet, just to cover the whole nail, because mine are curvy. If I wouldn't curve the magnet, the pattern wouldn't be on the whole nail

So, lets start:
1. Apply base coat

2. Apply 1 coat of magnetic polish, I'm using 02 Copper rulez! from Essence Metallics LE(picture below)( you have to shake the bottle thoroughly to make it work)


3. Apply another coat of polish, I recommend shaking the bottle on every second nail

4. After you apply a layer of polish you really have to work fast. You take the bended magnet, and squeeze it until you feel that it is touching the skin( not the nail). You can see on the picture below.


5. Count to 5


6. Remove the magnet and repeat on other nails


This is the finished look

Magnetic polishes

I finally got them, all 4 magnetic polishes from Essence new LE: Metallics. I couldn't decide which one to try out first, so I decided I will start with 01 Iron goddess. I tried Essence magnet, but I wasn't satisfied with the result, so I used kitchen magnet.
I applied 2 coats, and was impressed that the process wasn't as hard as I thought it is. ( I know that I have to work on it though)

Hello

I meant to do this post yesterday, but my laptop didn't want to cooperate with me, so today I'm writing on my old computer, which I finally made it work about a week ago. ( I've never posted from this computer, because I want to have all my pictures in one folder on one computer).

Yesterday I was wearing from MNY from coolorama collection. The polish is called Party blue ( the reason for the name of the post). The polish applied nicely, was opaque in 2 coats, but I don't like pastel colors. I like it in the bottle, but when I apply them on my nails, I really fell strange and they have to go off my nails pretty soon. It also made my hands tanned a bit more, so I'll definitely use id at summer time.

I bet you have seen this polish a million times, but you haven't seen it yet on my blog=)
So I proudly present Essence: Choose me to you. I applied 3 coats, but my tips are still visible a bit. I forgive it just because it is so beautiful

I was asking myself how it looks matte, so I mattified it. Here it is how it looked( I used Essie: Matte about you)


But because I couldn't decide which one I like better, I put on a shiny top coat( pinkie and middle finger)
I still don't know whether I like it more when matte or shiny=)
