I'm feeling better today, but I'm still without energy. I have to learn, because I have an exam tomorrow, but instead I did my nails and watched The Mentalist so far. Do you like The Mentalist?

Tahe a look what I did today:
With flash...
Without flash...I used Catrice: Sold out forever as a base( 2 coats, amazing application, simmer, you can see that on the flash pictures) for daisies I used Essence LE Cute as hell: Naughty but nice and joy white.
I was totally surprised when I applied Sold out forever today, because when I first wore it I hated it, but today I love it with or without daisies.

I call this manicure Nail of daisies, I got the inspiration for the name from this song title...

I think that because this polish didn't bubbles made my day much better..

I'm back and I'm sick, I have high temperature(38°C+) my throat and my whole body hurts and like that isn't enough I have to struggle with bubbles again. I changed my base coat, I never polish thick layers and always wait until one coat is dry to apply another. I don't shake the bottle eather. Now I blame the heat, because my room is hot in the summer time ( around 27°C), and I hope that I am right, because I don't have the energy to seek for new reasons.

Do you know any other reasons why bubbles appear ?

Anyway here is my 5th nail art attempt, and please forgive me for all the bubbles, they are ruining the look I was trying to make. Also my drawing skills are not the best, that is why this mickey looks like he is crazy.
Here are the things I used:
Essence: Ready for action as a base( I used it before and it didn't cause bubbles), Essence: Fatal and Joy white

Here is a bonus picture of a card that I have for back up, in case if I don't have time to make a better one=)

Here is the first picture of our new member Meggie. I'm sorry about the quality of the picture, but this is the best I could get so far.

IMO she is a really beautiful kitty. Her blue eyes made me instantly fall in love with her.
I am a bit worried, because she is meowing all the time, and it seems like she is crying, because she misses her mother, and she needs company, but I don't have time, to be with her all the time. At least she is drinking some milk, and I don't have to worry that she will starve to death.

It is time for number 4 already, only 6 to go. Today I have something soft, and girly. I don't like it, actually I hate it. I imagined this design, with another polish- soft pink from Essence Cute as hell LE, but it applied literally like hell, that is why I removed it. Because I don't have any other soft pink shades, I had to make myself one, I mixed joy white with Lacura Cyclam, and named the franken Miss piggy. I liked it to the moment that started bubbling. I could remove it and buy another soft pink shade, but I didn't, because I thought, that than again something would go wrong. I am ashamed of publishing this manicure, but sometimes manicure just isn't meant to be perfect.
For the flowers and a butterfly I used S-he 465 and Essence striper Heavy black.

P.S. I just found the cutest kitty abandoned in the bushes, I really don't understand that there are so heartless people in the world to do such thing. She is a bit shy for now, but when she gets more used to us I would post some pictures of Meggie if you would like that. She really is the most beautiful cat I've seen.

I like it alot, that is why I decided to do a crazy design like this, I think that it is not wearable like my previous design, but I said to myself what the hell, I'm not going anywhere today.
Here are things I used:
From left to right: Essence All I want LE: Undet the mistletoe,Essence Cute as hell LE: Naughty but nice, Joy: XYZ (I lost the number), Essence: Fatal and a dotting tool. I used 2 coats of Fatal for base, it looks great alone, but I'm not a black nail polish person=)

In this photo it looks like the red monster is afraid of its prey...=)

Hi, I'm back with another nail art design, which is really simple. I have to study a lot, that's why I am a bit lazy with my posts, I promise I'll get better =). I broke my nail, so now they are shorter, but I am happy that my nail didn't break even higher in the nail bed, because that would really made me sad.
Here are the pictures of the things I used:

Essence: My little orchid, Gosh: Vanilla ice for stripes, which were drawn with striper( that wooden stick- I didn't pay attention on the striper while making a photo, so the brush head is missing), S-he 465 quick dry and 2 rhinestones.
In this picture the color is somewhere near the real color, but still I couldn't catch the right color.
There are no pictures in the sun, because it is raining. Instead I took one with flash.

On Saturday I got a really crazy idea. I decided to make 10 different nail art designs. I had it all figured out, but now with the first try I saw that that wasn't such a good idea. I am not saying that it couldn't be worse but I think that this looks really bad.
Here are pictures of my first design, despite my failure, I'll make all the designs I imagined.

another all over konad

I got a lovely gift from my friend for an internet store which sells konad supplies and nail polishes, and I had to spend it( like it was all that difficult). I bought 2 China Glaze nail polishes, 3 konad image plates, and one Zoya. I was very eager to try one of the plates, especially M64 with those lovely flowers. I tried it, and I loooove the result. I used Catrice: Poison me, Poison you, over thre coats of CG IDK.

IDK looked quite boring when it wasn't exposed to sun, but this konad fixed that too=)
Isn't it pretty?

Actually I know some things. I know that I got my first China Glaze nail polish, and I also know I love it and this won't be my last China glaze nail polish. The formula was a bit runny, and I applied 3 coats, because simply 2 coats wasn't good enough, but I forgive it, because it is sooo beautiful. It is a lovely holographic lavender. Here are some pictures:
I also had to learn today because I have plenty of exams to make till October, but instead I did only foolish thing, like change the authors last name from Brenčič to Vinčič( I don't know the if there is a word for that in English, but it definitely has to do something with wine) and of course boo the book =).
Oh, I totally forgot( did that on purpose) The name of the polish is IDK (I don't know).

I'm back again :). Today I have some photos of my last two manicures, but in a bit different version.
The first is my ruffian manicure, the one I didn't like, that's why I put on a coat of MAY, but it still didn't impress me that much.


There is a totally different story with the second manicure, I loved hidden treasure layered over Thelma, but after a few days I can't help myself to do some changes( I put on one thin layer of joy 75), and this one was in my opinion amazing. Maybe I'm the only one who is impressed, maybe not, but I think that you have to see this photos.

Nail polish storage

Today I am going to show you how I store my nail polishes. I used to store them in a large box, but it got too small, that's why I bought paper organizer, with four boxes.
Top left box is for blues, greens, oranges yellows, silvers, golds...
Top right box is for nail care(files, silk wraps..), and stampers, rhinestones, nail art polishes
(I didn't take a picture)
In the bottom left box I store reds( I didn't take a picture)
and in the bottom right drawer I store Purples and pinks


I have another organizer where I store base coats, top coats, glitters, empty bottles, and also some other rhinestones. This is how it looks like:The first drawer: base coats and top coats, that I use all the time, and also rhinestones, because the box is broken and it has to be in this position( if I don't want to look for rhinestones all over my room)

The secon drawer: Base coats, and top coats, that I rarely use, and also glitters and flakesThird drawer: empty bottles, and also optical nail whitener, which I think I'll never use.

That's about it=)

Hi, it's me again. Because I didn't like yesterday's ruffian, I changed it to Essence Thelma. I applied two coats, I had no problems with application.
Here is the picture:

Today I got a mail from KONADomania, that I can meet her in Maribor, because of a special nail polish named Hidden treasure. I've wanted this nail polish foooor soooooo loooon=). And now I finally have it, Tanx again Anita.
Because I wanted it so badly, I had to make special pictures, and here they are:

Here it is on my nails, I really can't look away . I think I will wear this manicure for a very long time...
